 A special agreement has been made with Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa, located in one of the most beautiful spots of Konyaaltı Beach, for the accommodation of the scientists who will attend the symposium.

According to this accommodation type where Covid-19 measures will be taken;

** Accommodation fee per person per night in a double room is 60 Euro. (Those who choose this option must inform the name of the person they will be staying with. Symposium management or the hotel will not make any match).

*** Accommodation fee in a single room is 75 Euro.

**** Those who will make presentations without accommodation must pay 50 Euro to the hotel for the entrance of the hotel and the use of the facilities of that day.

***** Scientists staying in the hotel will benefit from the opportunities of the non-alcoholic all-inclusive program. Extras are chargeable.

***** The scientists staying in the hotel can be accommodated as a family. Spouses are also subject to the same fee. Children 0-6 years old are free of charge (maximum 2 children). Children 7-12 years old will be charged half of the price (maximum 1 child).

***** Entrance or accommodation fees can be deposited to the symposium account number or paid to the hotel.

****** The persons who will stay are required to inform the symposium secretariat about the type of accommodation (please write explanations such as night in a double room, night in a single room) and reserve a place.

 Transportation

Antalya is Turkey's gateway to the world in the Mediterranean. It has a busy land and airline network. That's why scientists inside of Turkey can come to Antalya with almost every hour by road or air.

Scientists coming from abroad are recommended to buy tickets to Antalya Airport. There is approximately 25 km distance between the airport and the symposium area. It is possible to arrive to or from the symposium area by both shuttles and private taxis. Taxis charge an average of 20 Euro from the airport to the symposium area.

Scientists who will come by bus, Antalya City Bus Station and the symposium area are approximately 10 km. They can come to the symposium area both by local minibuses / buses and taxis. Taxis charge an average of 10 Euro from the bus station to the Symposium area.



A free shuttle will be arranged for the airport-symposium area transfers for scientists who will use Antalya Airport. Services are on 05 November 2020. The hours of these services are 06:30 – 10:30 – 14:30 – 20:30 and 23:59.
