Online
Presentation

Dear Scientists,
You can present your research by participating face to face to the symposium we organize, or you can participate with the remote online presentation (virtual prenstation) option.
• Virtual presentations will take place via Zoom. For this, people who will make a remote presentation preference will be given a connection link and password before the symposium.
• If you want to present your presentations with Zoom, please provide your information (username, mobile phone and e-mail) in an e-mail and also include your presentation or speech text.
• You will be informed by contacting you after the presentation hours are set. On the day of the presentation, we will connect to the system 10 minutes before please.
• During the presentation, a technical team will be available to quickly solve a problem that any researcher may experience during internet, audio or video connection. However, if it cannot be resolved, since we will connect it to the system to make the presentation of the next researcher in the program, there may be a 15-20-minute shift in the presentation time. Therefore, it is recommended to always be in contact with our technical team.
Our researchers, who cannot participate in the symposium via remote live presentations, can record their presentations in their environment and send them to us together with their speeches or presentations. This process must be completed by the last week of the symposium date. You can easily deliver your presentations to us via Google drive (our users who do not have a Gmail account can choose to deliver their documents to us using online file transfer applications such as https://wetransfer.com/).

You can use any of the free tools from this archive. If you only want to record your computer desktop and what you tell, you can use the Antropi Teach program, which is widely used with interactive smart boards, but works successfully on desktop or laptop computers, and you can record your presentation. You can easily send us the recording without reducing the shooting quality. You can reach at the relevant program setup file and program usage information from the following link;

Finally, it is important that our researchers, who will participate in the symposium with a remote live presentation or video support, periodically review the spam / junk box while checking their email addresses.
We would like to thank you for your interest and valuable contribution to the symposium, and we hope to see you in other events.
